Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a durable, reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags remain attached to the garments.

  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to receive a digital QR code or a printable shipping label for your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
